Material Coordinator

CKS Solution, Inc. is a leading ESS (Energy Storage Service) field service and service parts depot in the USA. We are looking to hire a Material Coordinator to help us keep growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated, CKS Solution is an ideal place to get ahead.

Responsibilities for Materials Coordinator

• Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements

• Establishes procedures and manages customers’ PO

• Communicate with suppliers and customers on daily

• Interfaces with field service Coordinator on the planning and forecasting of field service orders to meet shipments

• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications

• Ensures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functions

Qualifications for Materials Coordinator

• Ability to work with team members

• Customer service-oriented

• Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems

• Knowledgeable of forecasting and budgeting

• Ability to solve problems swiftly

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Bi-lingual (English, Korean)

Work Location: Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA

Benefit

• Salary: 45k ~ 60k
