1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom lease takeover 하실분 찾습니다. 아파트위치는 폴라리스 패션몰에서 걸어서 5분정도의 위치에 있구요, 71 하이웨이 타시고 exit 121 에서 빠지시면 바로 보이는 아파트입니다. 직장 relocation 때문에 lease를 해지하려고하는거구요, 2/28부터 lease takeover 가능합니다. 9개월동안 short term으로 지내실수있습니다. 주차장은 따로 있구요 지정 파킹랏도 따로 있습니다. fee는 랜트비에 포함돼있어요. 랜트비는 $1103 입니다. 유틸리티는 전기만 내는데 한달에 $60이상 낸적이없습니다.
