Seeking to sublet 1 bedroom (or two) in a clean & quiet 4 bedroom apartment. Water is included in the rent but not electricity. Has washer/dryer, street parking, & internet. Living room and kitchen will be furnished, but bedroom may only have a desk (can be removed if you wish). Prefer female room mates.
