여름에 빌딩 자체가 시원해서 쾌적하고 에어컨도 많이 안틀어도 돼요~

tuttle park쪽을 향하고있는 9층 유닛이라 경치도 좋고 맞바람 치게 열어놓으면 환기도 잘되고 좋아요.

렌트는 한달에 $719이고 인터넷은 포함되어있습니다. 유틸리티는 전기만 따로 내시면 돼요.

피셔 비지니스 스쿨이랑, 엔지니어링 쪽이랑 많이 가까워서,

여름 계절학기 들으시는 분들에겐 최적일 것 같네요.

Sublease-

I am looking for someone to sublease my studio apartment 
May 2-July (end of the lease).

It's a river watch tower unit on lane avenue, so it will be super close to the campus, especially to the north campus. 
Business/ Engineering students will find it very convenient if planning to take summer sessions.

The rent is $719/month. Wireless internet is included, and you will only be expected to pay for electricity for utilities, which usually doesn't go over $40/month. I remember I did not turn on the A/C that much during the summer b/c the building itself was pretty cool, so it won't be much.

It is very safe as there is a security guard 24/7, and the building managers are in the lobby everyday 9am-5pm, so you can ask them any questions about the rent and the apartment maintenance if you have any.

Laundry facilities/ vending machines are in the lobby, also. I will have to check with the owner of the unit and the building manager if the unit is pet-friendly.

I am also willing to negotiate the price, so message me if interested!
