A friend of mine want to sublease his apartment in Govenours Square.

Location: Govenours Square, 4714 Bentham Drive
Floor plan: 2 bed 1 bath, 800 square feet (2nd floor with balcony)
Rent: 915/month, newly Renovated last summer (new counter, new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpet)
Commute: 15 min drive to OSU, COTA 18 in front of community, 5 min drive to Chinese supermarket, 3 min to Japanese supermarket
Facility: Gym, swimming pool, basketball field, tennis court
