Hi all. 

My roommate is moving out recently. So we need to find somebody to replace him as soon as possible. If you or your friends happen to look for places at this time, please let me know. I am currently living at 1340 Dublin Rd, Columbus, OH. The apt has AC, one big living room, two right-sized bed rooms and a beautiful kitchen. The residence is in a very nice area near Grandview, with Olentangy River and a green hill nearby. It's 10 minutes drive to OSU campus, very convenient for you to get on the high way, go anywhere and shopping. The rent is only $277.5 per room and utility is about $30-40 per month for a person, including everything; very good deal! I want to find a nice college student as my roommates.
