-중국인 여자룸메(OSU finance전공, 한국어 부전공 3학년) 1명
-침대, 책상, 의자, 옷장 furnished
-유틸 불포함 $450/m
-당장 입주 가능, 기간은 7월말까지나 조정 가능

Sublet 1 bedroom in a 2-bedroom apt (1 bath)
Availability: now—July 31, 2013 (short period sublet is also OK).
Roommate Preference: female student (female only, but it's also OK if you are not a student)
Monthly rent: $450/person (excluding utilities)
Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet (speed: 12M/s)): approximately $70/month/person.

Independent storage room in the hallway
