  – Proof of significant performance improvements through a period of more than 3 years (3~9 years)
  – Demonstrated achievement in leading and working in teams
• Demonstrated track record of conducting and leading suppliers negotiations
• Experience in supplier assessments and development programs along technical, quality and service elements

• Minimum 7 years lean manufacturing experience
  – Proof of significant productivity improvements for up to 10 years in technical plants
  – Trained thoroughly in lean manufacturing concepts and practices such as the Toyota Production System, 5S, Kaizen Workshops, Kanban, etc
  – At least 3 years of experience in direct implementation of lean transformation
  – At least 3 years experience in direct implementation of lean transformation
• People and P&L management experience advantageous
