Position: Field Service Support (Full-Time)

 

Job Location: Lordstown, Ohio

 

Salary: $50,000~$70,000 / year (depending on experience)

 

 

 

Job Summary:

 

Field Service Support will manage and assist in field support duties on customer’s site.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Provide technical assistance to service engineers to resolve day to day issues

 

- Assist in Installations and Commissioning of factory automation equipment

 

- Perform field investigations to support analyze technical problems

 

- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing of equipment and/or components

 

- Complete reports, summaries, and paperwork as required

 

- Assisting in communication between engineers from Korea and engineers at customer’s site

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

- High School graduate, Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus

 

- Adequate computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 

- Bilingual Korean – Medium proficiency in reading and speaking

 

- Good interpersonal skills

 

- Be able to work as a multinational team member

 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

- Currently lives in or relocate to Lodstown, Ohio.
