I am leaving this coming March. So I’d like to sublease my room in a two-bedroom in UV.
As bonus, you can have my furniture (bed, desk, chair and some cooking appliance) for free, and I can give you $100 in addition.
The apartment is on Harley Drive and near No.3 UV shuttle. It is clean and safe. You will have a very warmhearted Chinese girl as your roomie.
The rent for the whole apartment is $665/month, and the utility is $108. You need to share it with the roomie. So the total fee you should pay for a month is $387.
The moving date is negotiable.
And if you’d like, you can also take over the whole apartment, since my roomie also plans to move.
