Job Description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to contribute to our dynamic environment. No previous management experience is required, but the ability to use MS Word and PowerPoint (or equivalent) for written documentation is necessary. Knowledge of sushi preparation, bubble tea making, and other cooking skills is required, as you will be training new employees.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Oversee staff and ensure high standards of customer service

Help manage schedules, inventory, and supplies

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Train new employees in sushi preparation, bubble tea making, and other cooking techniques

Prepare and maintain written documentation using MS Word and PowerPoint (or equivalent software)
 

Qualifications:

Knowledge and skills in sushi preparation, bubble tea making, and general cooking

Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint (or equivalent software) is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork

No prior management experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided
