What You’ll Do

The FA & Tax Analyst will be responsible for timely preparation and improvement of monthly financial reporting package, forecasting implementation, short & long-term financial & accounting planning, and for-profit analysis/budget planning and control. Additionally, this role supports the tax management of the company.

Role & Responsibility
• Monthly closing process, including accrual analysis, sub-ledger analysis, and expense analysis.
• Production Cost Closing on SAP ERP system Parts Team and cost update
• Inventory closing (including aging) on SAP ERP system and files update.
• PSD(Promotion Subsidy Discount) Posting
• PA Closing on SAP ERP system & PA report
• Provide management with other FA-related documents such as CAPEX, ADT sales, AR & Inventory, warranty, and pending accrual reports.
• Cost center management – new hire/termination cost center assignment and update on the master file
• Forecasting file actual data, foreign exchange rate update (Citrix BPC system)
• AOP set-up support
• Provide management with monthly analysis of actual performance vs. forecast, plan, and prior year.
• Implement and enhance accounting systems/procedures that will improve efficiencies and internal controls.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams.
• Work with departmental managers on monthly expense explanations/analysis and budget preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic planning
• Support company tax management.

Requirements
What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Korean Bi-lingual, required.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
• Data analytics skills
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or a BBA with Finance/Accounting concentration
• Experience: 0-3 years, 1+ years in Financial Analysis or Accounting management, previous manufacturing experience in MNC preferred, experience in a
Korean company is a plus
• Travel: up to 10%
