# 1

Position: Production Control Specialist

Location: West Point, GA

Bachelor Degree (Engineering/Applied Science preferred)

No Visa Sponsorship.

Must understand and oversee all aspects of plant operations.

1) General Management

-Create reports and meeting presentations

a.Create Weekly Coordinator and Head of Department (HOD) Meeting Reports

b.Report plant status and performance results to Korean HQ

-Production Analysis

a.Keep track of production plan vs. results

b.Calculate and gather plant’s monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results

-Process OEM Chargeback Claims (due to downtime or part defects, etc.)

-Set business plan and budget

a.Set monthly/yearly KPI targets

b.Set department budget

-Cost Saving Campaign

a.Set yearly/monthly cost saving targets by department and category

b.Keep track of the each department’s progress and follow up on missed targets

2)  Production/Material Planning

-Process production plan and requirements from OEM

-Process Daily/Weekly Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

-Update new FSC and Module Codes

3)  Contractor/Warehouse Management

-Contractor (material handling/sub-assembly) management

a.Keep track and update contractor worker headcount

b.Calculate payment for services based on vehicles produced per month (unit cost model)

-Process chargeback claims for contractor responsible downtimes and damages

-Create/review/negotiate contracts

Position: CKD Global Purchasing Specialist

Location: West Point, GA

Bachelor Degree / 2-3 years work experience

Purchasing/Logistics/Supply Chain related majors. Non exp would be ok, but no visa sponsorship – only US citizen or Perm Resident.

-Maintains mainframe inventory accuracy, corrects the inventory and works to prevent inaccurate inventories, by implementing cycle counts as necessary. Tracks information regarding inventory levels and adjusts vendor orders to meet inventory levels and customer demand. 

-Acts as the central contact for the vendors.  

Orders parts and components from the outsource vendors. 

Resolves vendor delivery issues. 

Works with the vendor on the build out of product during the design change of a part, with the objective of minimizing scrap and yet, meeting customer orders.

-Reviews the daily shipment requirements and notifies the appropriate leader of deficiencies (check shipments for accuracy and assists with the bill of lading as necessary). 

-Assists to ensure correct product ships.

-Minimize and reduce premium freight.

-Monitor  and posting of inventory turns.

-Inventory gains and losses Obsolescence

-Reviews customer orders for large changes and adjusts vendor releases accordingly, if unable to make delivery date, notify Customer and Purchasing Manager.

-Responsible for continuous improvement of the entire material

process.

-Enters purchase orders and customer pricing on the mainframe as necessary.

Position: IT Specialist (entry ~ 2 years)

Location: West Point, GA

ERP/SAP related IT engineer. No Visa Sponsorship.

1. Business Requirements/Process/Documentation

- Analyze business requirements, needs and objectives and in working with the business

- Participate in designing business processes considering accepted best business practices

- Provide input and advice regarding SAP capabilities and functions to business users and perform gap analysis

- Review functional and configuration requirements to ensure they are in line with the business requirement

- Support the development of functional and systems specifications

- Evaluate solution options /enhancements

- Support the execution of system integrated testing

- Provide recommendations to increase or improve the effectiveness  / efficiency of  SAP business process

- Support existing business processes documentation & training

- Support users’ various  IT issues

2. Configuration/Development

- SAP configure and test for SAP MM

- Exploit tools to reduce development work

- Support the development of technical specifications

- Write and maintain necessary documentation

- Actively perform knowledge transfer to client team members

- Communicate status, issues, and impacts with relevant business contacts

3. Interface with several purchasing related system and ensure process changes are integrated  appropriately

Position: Telematics System Validation Engineer

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

An electrical engineer in the field of advanced technology such as Bluetooth, Telematics, Audio, etc. No experience would be also okay. 

1.)        Responsible in assisting with the development of telematics system by aiding the system validation efforts. This will include creating validation procedures, conducting bench and field validation and tracking development progress.

2.)        Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of Telematics system for products. This may include conducting studies/clinics, evaluating competitive systems, creating specifications and troubleshooting the products/systems interactions.

3.)        Participate and/or conduct design reviews that include requirements development, system/component specifications, analysis/modeling, design, verification and validation.

4.)        Remain current with new technology and competitive products as a means to drive new innovative features and functions.

5.)        Follow all the specifications and requirements given from Head quarter in Korea.

6.)        Attend business trips within the company and with our customers to validate our new products and new systems.

7.)        Ability to handle tasks on their own and with minimal management overview.

8.)        Ability to comply with all specifications from customers.

9.)        Ability to learn and understand our internal software’s, tools, equipment and procedures.

10.)      Ability to set up and lead meetings with customers.

Qualifications:

BSEE may be adequate to show capability of quick learning and responsibilities and/or have 0-5 years of Experience required in Electrical system engineering, Bluetooth, Telematics, Radio, Navigation or Validation.
