Trek Incorporated is a global distributor of heavy equipment parts with 7 branches in the U.S and 3 branched in Canada. We are seeking a Internship at our corporate office in Novi, Michigan.

Job Location: Novi, MI

We are looking to fill Entry Level Sales Associate and Administrative Staff positions in sales and marketing department. We are open to people with little to no sales and marketing experience as well as recent grads. 

Sales Associate

Job Duties:

- Market research in South America areas

- The acquisition and maintenance of Spanish-speaking customers

- Setting weekly and monthly sales goals and updating reports daily

- Reporting directly to the General Manager

- Assistance on internal projects as needed,

- Proof reading various marketing materials:

Job Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

- Strong decision making skills and ability to be a self-starter

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner

- Ability to work past 5pm as needed
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean required and outstanding communication skills     both verbal & written

Administrative Staff

Job Duties:

-Handling various administrative duties for the General Director

- Assessing each locations’ need for marketing materials

-Coordinating marketing schedule arrangement
-Prioritizing tasks on a daily basis
-Assisting purchasing tasks
-Filing, organizing, and updating reports

Job Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

- Strong decision making skills and ability to be a self-starter

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner

- Ability to work past 5pm as needed
- Fluent in English, and Korean required and outstanding communication skills both verbal & written
