I will leave Columbus soon. Because my roommate does not want to move out, she needs a new roommate.

This is the bigger room in a two-bedroom apartment. The lease will end in the coming July. After that, you can either renew the lease or pay monthly without lease.

My roommate is an easy-going girl. Please see the following for other information:

Location: 692 Riverview Drive, Colony Square (next to University Village, but much cheaper than there)
Floor: 3rd. Very quiet.
Rent: $307.5.
Utility: electricity -- around $10/month. Water and heating are included in the rent.
Transportation: city bus (cota) #7, #18 to campus. Campus bus: BV and MC to main campus.
Entertainment: 10 minutes walk to University City, including Kroger(grocery), Big Lots(stuff for living), Chinese restaurants, McDonald, Pizza, haircut, Karaoke, Bowling, Bar ...

Bonus: NO pay for December.
Free stuff: a full size mattress and box, a wooden desk, a chair, a lamp, two cabinets, some bucks in the laundry card ...
