얼마전 우편으로 Vehicle Renewal Application을 받았는데 지금 자세히 보니깐 어플리케이션을 작성해서 체크나 머니오더와 함께 우편으로 BMV에 보내면 "Allow 3 weeks (excluding mail time) to receive your registration"이라고 나와 있네요.
그리고 아직 받지 못한 경우 운전하면 안된다고 합니다. 잡히면 봐주는 경우도 있지만 그렇지 않는 경우도 있으니 받으실 때까지 운전하시지 않는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
