J-1/ That's strange. The staffs I met during last 5 years were absolutely nice and professional. I wonder how many staffs you got through so far. If you experienced such bad situation, why didn't you just to meet his/her superior? If someone in office started to yell or behave badly, you should have reported it. Because you might have been discriminated. It's serious situation. BTW, You definitely have a right to appeal or suggest your own opinion on any subject, but you should obey the rules set up by OSU.
