A ROOM AVAILABLE TO RENT
- A female graduate student/professional student, a post doc, or a visiting scholar.
- In Clintonville just south of North Broadway. Close to Kroger, Giant Eagle, and Lucky’s Market. A ten-minute drive from OSU campus. A half-block from the High St. bus line to OSU. On-street parking on quiet street. Safe neighborhood and safe house (with a retired OSU professor).
- Private room (with bed, linens, desk, bookcase, ceiling fan, AC). Good sized bathroom—to be shared with one other female housemate. No smoking in the house.
- Kitchen and laundry facilities—to be shared with 2 other people. Lots of storage in attic and basement.
- No pets (I already have 2 well-mannered dogs and 1 cat). If you are afraid of dogs or if you have allergies to animals, this is not a good house for you to live in.
- $350/month includes all utilitiy costs. No long-term lease arrangement is necessary. Available for Fall semester—though if you would need to move in earlier, we can discuss arrangements.
