프리리퀴짓... 어렵네요

에 의하면

3.00 GPA on all non-technical course work completed at all attended colleges AND completion of Math 130 or 148 (and prerequisites) or equivalents with C– or better AND at least 15 cumulative OSU hours

라고 써있는데 Math 130 혹은 148 둘 중에 하나만 들으면 된다는 거죠?
그리고 괄호 안에 and prerequisites 는 어딜 봐도 못찾겠네요...
경영학과 재학중이신 분 없나요? ...ㅠㅠㅠ

Continuing Ohio State students will be admitted to the pre-major program if they meet the following criteria: 에 해당사항 아닌가여 새로오는 학생 기준이 아니라.

Criteria for Pre-major Admission

Students new to Ohio State who are not eligible for direct admission to a business major specialization will be admitted to the Max M. Fisher College of Business pre-major program if they meet any one of the two following criteria:
1. New First Quarter Freshman (25 ACT or 1150 SAT or top 20% of high school class)
2. New Transfer Students (3.00 GPA on all non-technical course work completed at all previously attended colleges)
Continuing Ohio State students will be admitted to the pre-major program if they meet the following criteria:
1. 3.00 GPA on all non-technical course work completed at all attended colleges AND completion of Math 130 or 148 (and prerequisites) or equivalents with C– or better AND at least 15 cumulative OSU hours*
*Regional campus students are required to have a minimum of 45 earned hours in addition.

이것만 충족하면 되는건가요? pre-biz로 트랜스퍼할 건데 이 말은 즌슥, 프리리콰짓이 없다고 받아들여도 되겠지요?
