If you want to go to Dublin, only choice would be the Wyandot Elementary School near Asherton of Dublin Apartment. Not many apartments are available in Dublin area. Anyway, it's a good school and also has a nice ESL class for international students. That's why many of visitors prefer to live in Dublin. Why don't you try the Upper Arlington? It's closer to OSU, and has an excellent school system, too. But your daughter may not have a chance to make many Korean friends in UA area.
