Hyunkyoung Shin recruiting one childcare worker in Cincinnati Ohio, 45249. Rate of pay of $12.03 per hour and this is a temporary full time (40 hrs/wk) position. Any overtime will be paid at $18.05/hr. Requirements are 12 months experience, caregiving certification or childcare specialist certification. Work schedule is M-F 6am - 2:30 pm and anticipated start/end dates are 8/1/2022 to 7/31/2025. Employer to provide lodging and meals at employer's home in Cincinnati, Ohio at no charge, transportation will be provided by employer at no charge. Employer will pay for all visas, visa processing, boarder crossing and other related fees in advance. Employer will pay for inbound/outbound transportation and subsistance directly if the worker completed 50% of the work contract period. Employer will provide tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job at no charge. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equat to at least 3/4 of the workday in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Employer will make all deductions from employee’s paycheck required by law. Potential elective deductions are optional and will require written authorization ahead of time.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Provide customized and personalized childcare in employer’s home while employer and spouse are at school or at work.

Prepare foods or meals for children and clean dishes.

Arrange, monitor, clean and remove debris from educational and recreational childcare settings to

ensure safety of children.

Provide first aid, if necessary. Purchase products or services for children from on and offline stores.

Accompany children to activities outside employer’s home.

Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, store cleaned items and dress children each morning.

Bathe children and teach them personal hygiene.

Perform housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing and removing waste.

Observe, monitor and make note of children’s recreational and educational activities.

Provide for basic needs of children, such as emotional support, physical safety, and social skills.

Discuss child development and behavior with parents.

Assist parents with general administrative functions, such as scheduling activities, making phone calls, storing information about children’s progress, purchasing supplies, room preparation for activities.

Sanitize toys, play equipment and other surfaces where children come in contact with.

Keep records on children, including observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered.
