Required qulifications
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English

- US permanent residents or citizens
- Combination of educationand work experience in a related field
Primary responsibilities
- PC asset management and setup
- Manage inventory of new and returned PC, etc
- Install and configure any necessary software
- PC test and part upgrade/replacement
- Cloud PC support
- Helpdesk and troubleshooting
