ENSYS America is looking for a tech support to provide assistance and maintenance to all office computer systems and hardware. The work may include installation, configuration and updating computer hardware/software. This is a full time position located at Hazel Park Michigan.

Preferred qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Combination of education and work experience in a related field
• US permanent residents or citizens

Primary responsibilities

• Purchase, install and configure computer hardware and software per customer request
• Perform regular and ongoing maintenance on hardware and software
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot office systems and applications
• Run diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware/software and implement solutions
