콜럼버스에 위치한 Logistics 회사에서 Office Assistant를 채용하고자 합니다.

Qualification

  • 2year college degree or higher
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Greencard holder or Citizen preferred  
  • Possibility of sponsorship

 

Job Description

  • Detail oriented and reliable
  • Working with internal recruiting and staffing database
  • Sourcing candidates, from websites, referrals, job fairs and other sources  
  • Experience in locating and setting-up new recruiting sources
  • Have a positive attitude, takes direction, works well and is respectful
  • Interview, screen, hire and manage candidates and temporary workforce
  • Communicate with and manage external staffing agencies 
  • Perform drug screening on applicants when necessary
  • Knowledge of Federal and State EEOC laws and hiring laws
  • Experience scheduling, conducting and following-up from interview's
  • Proficient with MS Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Review and understand position specifications and able to match candidates with job descriptions
  • Able to handle a large amount of phone work to source, hire and screen candidates
  • Collect and maintain all accurate data for employee files. Daily, weekly, monthly reporting may be required
  • Communicate with key contacts both internally and externally
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with some overtime required
  • Other duties as assigned
