1. Job Description: Global HR Consultant who can provide Consulting and analytical support for global HRM services
Job responsibilities include:
- Global Workforce planning
- Improve HR processes, programs and policies
- Research for advanced HR trends, best practices and benchmark
(Change management, diversity and work life etc.)
- Support and monitor activities related to culture change
- Leads and assist with special projects about global HR as needed

2. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Organizational Development or related discipline
- Fluency in English
- Enthusiasm for change and challenging tasks
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Global HR knowledge is desired
- Additional human resources experience is a plus
- Korean / male preferred
