This opportunity is with a Hyundai/Kia company producing automotive modules. This dynamic, growth-oriented, international company has more than 20 manufacturing sites with 80,000 employees in the world. There is currently an immediate need in their Georgia facility.

Job Title : Production Control Specialist (Entry)

 

Qualification

Bachelor Degree (Engineering/Applied Science preferred)

Basic computer skills : Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Good verbal and written skills (English and Korean)

Able to work overtime as needed

 

Job Description

Must understand and oversee all aspects of plant operations. Job responsibilities include: Production Planning, BOM Management, and Engineering Change Order Management. This position will also need to provide solutions and alternative methods for resolving incorrect specification in production line or unexpected production plan changes and support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.

Job Title : Sales Specialist (Entry)

 

Qualification

4 year Technical Degree (Business/Mechanical Engineering preferred)

0-5 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Korean required)

Internal layered process auditing experience

Computer skills(ERP/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

 

Job Description

1) Manage the Price and the cost

-Prepare for price decision based on cost calculation

-Negotiate Price (module and part) with OEM for New project (Work with other department - Procurement and Head Quarter)

-Negotiate Tooling cost and other expenses with OEM

-Record what parts were affected by the outcome

-Find price updates through ERP system

-Communicate with customer for the price change

-Accumulate the retro amount caused by price change

2) Billing

-Manage billing for the modules and trading goods daily

-ERP system (SD)

3) Sales monthly closing

-Prepare monthly closing reports and estimations

-Manage sales goal by month, quarter and year

-Analyze Sales results and make up the report

-Manage A/R from OEM

4) Manage the service parts

-Receive PO for service parts from Alabama

-Distribute the PO's and confirm the shipping schedule

5) Manage the delivery of trading goods

-Receive the daily requirement from OEM through the system

-Administer the daily shipping schedule with delivery team

-Communicate with Quality control team and purchasing team for any issue

-Communicate with OEM production control team with any issue
