Responsibilities for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

lAssist planning, scheduling, and monitoring day to day transportation operation for Hyundai and Kia Manufacturing Plants and their suppliers

lAssist processing invoices & billing. Including but not limited to collecting and reviewing necessary documents for billing.

lAssist and Arrange periodical meeting with customers & carriers to maintain and improve relationship.

lCommunicate with customers and carriers to improve service quality.

lAssists other team member with procurement related activities.

Qualifications for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

lTeam player

lStrong communication skills

lDetail orientated

lStrong customer service aptitude

lStrong problem solving & accounting skills

lStrong learning agility to learn new systems

lMust be able to multi task

lSome night and weekend operation support to customer on the phone.

lSome weekend work may be required

Responsibilities for SPECIALIST:

lMonitor logistic operation and perform procurement within specified timescales

lUpdate existing AR/AP accounts as required submit weekly reports.

lWork closely with assigned carriers and customers to improve operation

lArchive all the documents per ISO requirements.

lSales Analysis and Report Generation as requested by managers

lExtract data from the given system and export into applicable format

lCreate representative materials for quantitative analysis purposes

lGenerate reports on several performance factors for evaluative purposes

Requirements for SPECIALIST:

lEasy going, responsible teamwork player

lCollege degree or equivalent.

lEntry level

lIntermediate to advanced command of Excel and Word

lAbility to elucidate problems

lGood voice quality over the phone, and good command of English proficiency (grammar, diction, enunciation, pronunciation)

lAbility to strictly follow processes and grasp logistic terminologies

lCustomer satisfaction focus

lWork well under pressure and fast phased environment

lApplicants should have a legal permit to work in the USA.

lAt least 20% work requires visiting customers

lFull-Time position.

lAny Second language in Korean, Japanese, Spanish or German a plus
