Position: Sales Engineer – East Coast / Europe
Field: Fiber Optics / Communications / Technology

Region: US East Coast / preferably in NJ

Compensation: Negotiable – result-based compensation


OE Solutions America is a wholly owned subsidiary of OE Solutions, Co., Ltd in South Korea. We are fast-growing fiber optic supplier specializing in pluggable optics.

We are currently expanding our business in our East coast office to cover customers in both East coast and Europe. With this expansion, we currently seek Sales Engineer.

This position will be exposed to all-around aspects of technical sales and running the business in a small company environment. We expect him/her to grow with company.

He/she will report directly to Director of Sales.


We are looking for a motivated self-starter


- With preferably 2+ years experience in technical sales, but not required.

- Must speak Korean and English fluently.

- With degree in Optics/Engineering is preferred, but not required

- With strong verbal and written communication skills

- With excellent client service skills

- Generate new leads with creative ideas

- Self-driven and detail oriented

- Learn quickly about new technology and market

- Be able to travel. 25-50%


Successful candidate will be able to grow with the company and enjoy the freedom and responsibility within a small company.
