갑작스런 사정으로 한국으로 돌아오게 되어서
Sublease를 찾고 있습니다. 최소 12월 중이나 1월안에 Moving in 원합니다.
영어가 능숙하고 깔끔하며 외국생활한 경험이 있는 중국 홍콩 여자아이 두명이 룸메이트 입니다.
한국음식과 한국에 관심이 매우 많고 정이 많은 아이들입니다.
외국인에 대한 편견없이 영어로 대화하고, 학교 피셔 앞 걸어서 5분거리로 걸어서 통학하고
또한 침대 쇼파 포함 불필요한 가구에 돈들이기 원치 않으시는 분 (Furnished),
운동도 좋아하시고(Fitness center 와 Gym 이 바로 앞에 있어요),
무선 인터넷 가능. + Computer Lab (Free internet & copy),
Laundry room (Swipe card에 충전후 사용), Free Security (개인용 전자키가 있어서 저녁 9시 이후로 자동으로 문이 닫힙니다 키 소지자 resident만 출입 가능), 가스비 수도세 Rent$ 540 에 포함 (따로 내실 필요 없습니다).
외국인은 재정보증 없이 입주불가라 한국인이 거의 없습니다..:::
(한국인 많은 콜럼버스에서 사람에 따라 장점이 될 수도 있고 단점이 될 수도 있죠..^^)
이런 조건으로만 하더라도 해리슨은 아마 최상의 주거지 일듯 싶습니다. 정규 9월 쿼터 최소 2-3개월 안에
계약 만료되는 미국아이들 사이에서도 상당히 인기가 많은 주거지 입니다. (확인가능, 거짓말 아니에용 ^^*)
학교 근교 Walking Distance 에서 이런 곳은 리버워치와 해리슨 뿐 인것으로 알고 있습니다.
리버워치에서도 살았던 경험상 해리슨은 편리함과 따뜻함..
(너무 추은 콜럼버스 특성상..난방이 가장 중요해요..ㅠㅠ) 에서 정말 좋습니다.
