Oxford West Apartment, 원베드룸이고 계약은 7/31/2021 까지 지금 방이 비어 있으므로 바로 들어오실 수 있습니다. 렌트비는 $1000 (furnished, w/d in unit, AC) 이고 여기에 인터넷 포함된 가격입니다 (전기세 별도). 8월달안에 결정하셔서 들어오시면 두달 치 렌트비는 제가 내는 조건입니다.
옥스포드 지역에서 가장 편리한 곳에 위치해 있고 걸어서 크로거와 티제이 맥스에 갈 수 있습니다. 셔틀 버스도 있어서 학교 등하교시 편리한 곳입니다.

I am looking for someone who takes over my lease. My lease will end on 7/31/2021. If you decide to take over it by August, I will pay two-month rent fees for you.
If you are a student or an employee at Miami University, you will love this place. Oxford West Apartments is conveniently located less than one mile from the Miami University campus in Oxford, Ohio, and is on two Miami University shuttle bus routes. This apartment is very quiet. My unit is one-bedroom and spacious (w/d in unit, AC, and furnished). $1000 includes internet fees as well, except electricity. If you are interested in this apartment, please let me know.
