유닛에 포함된 가구들은 소파 (3인+1인), 커피테이블, 사이드테이블, 침대셋트 (프레임/ 메트리스/ 프레임 및 서랍장), 오피스 체어, 책상) 입니다. 세탁기/건조기는 건물 지하에 있습니다.
UV 아파트 자체적으로 운영하는 셔틀 버스를 이용하셔서 캠퍼스에 가실 수 있습니다. 평일 오전/ 늦지않은 오후에는 매 20분 마다 운영해서 편리하실 겁니다. 레크리에이셔널 센터도 짐/ 무료 프린팅/ 포켓볼/ 커피머신/ 스터디아레아 등도 이용하실 수 있습니다.
렌트는 $955불이고, 전기만 따로 내시면 됩니다. 테이크오버 하실 시 application fee ($200) 따로 있고, 앞서 말씀드렸던 recreational center 이용하시고 셔틀버스 이용하시는 life residency fee ($200)는 제가 부담하겠습니다.

I am looking for someone to takeover my lease of university village 1 bed room apartment.
It is a furnished unit and comes with sofas, a coffee table, a side table, two stools, a bed set (mattress+frame+drawers), a desk and an office chair. The building has laundry facilities in the basement.
You can use apartment's shuttle buses to go to the campus, and it is very convenient, as the shuttle runs every 20 minutes. You can also use the apartment's recreational center which has free printing, study area and gym.
The rent itself is $955, and it includes sewage, water and heatings. All you need to pay separately is electricity and the internet. There will be application fee of approximately $200. I am willing to pay the life residency fee of $216 for you.
The contract is from 6/1/2019 to 7/25/20.
