UV 3bedroom(2층), 룸메이트는 OSU 중국여학생 2명입니다.
한달 렌트비는 324불이고, 제일 작은 방이라 다른 룸메이트들보다 적게 낸다고 합니다.
쓰레기,물,가스는 포함이고 다른 유틸리티 fee가 좀 발생하는 것 같습니다.
겨울에도 방이 따뜻하고, OSU로 가는 무료셔틀버스정류장 바로 앞건물에 위치하고 있습니다.
차가 있으시면 주차도 가능하고, 차 없으면 OSU로 가는 무료셔틀이 20분마다 1대씩 있습니다.(10분거리)
침대, 책상,의자, 서랍장 다 있어서 가구 사실 필요도 없어요.
기간은 7월말까지인데 원하시면 좀 더 짧은 기간도 조정 가능합니다.

UV 3 bedroom apartment with two nice Chinese female roommates, both undergraduates at OSU.
Rent: $324.00, smaller than other roommate's because the bedroom is relatively smaller than the other two. This fee includes trash, water, and gas.
Room: Small bedroom, with air conditioning unit and one window. One closet and ceiling light. Heating system runs through the room as well.
Location: 2nd floor, close to the front of the UV complex, in front of bus stop #4.
Preferable move-in date(s): After January 5th as soon as possible!
Lease ends: July 31, 2013
Other information: UV provides free busing to and from OSU campus, buses run every 20 minutes starting at 6:40 am. Kroger super market is within walking distance (5 minute walk). Twin size bed, box spring, bed frame, sheets and comforter for sale if interested. UV allows apartment walls to be painted as long as the paint is paint primer. Parking lot for car directly out back. Area is quiet at night. Apartment has internet.
