저는 펜실베니아 주립대에서 일하고 있는 심리학자입니다. 저는 현재 미국에서 강의조교 또는 강의자로 일하고 있는 한국, 중국, 일본 유학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 있습니다. 이 설문조사를 통하여 유학생들이 언어 또는 문화의 차이로 인해 강의를 하며 겪게 되는 어려움을더 자세히 이해하고자 합니다. 시간이 허락되신다면 이 연구에 참여해주십시오. 여러분들의 솔직한 응답이 앞으로 유학생 강의조교 또는 강의자를 돕는 프로그램 개발에 많은 도움이 될 것입니다.

Greeting! My name is Eunha Kim and I am a psychologist at the Pennsylvania State University. I am recruiting participants for a research study, which investigates international students’ teaching experiences in the U.S. This research will also include questions regarding personality and sociocultural adjustment to the United States.  If you identify yourself as a Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Taiwanese AND have completed at least one semester (or quarter) of teaching experience as either a teaching assistant or an instructor at a U.S. college or university, please consider participating in this study. Your participation is extremely valuable, as research on international teaching assistants/teachers is needed to better understand and address the unique needs of international teaching assistants/teachers.
