ReadAloud invites the community to join us for our winter programming in the Thompson Library (room 202, 2nd floor NE corner). Please stop by and enjoy faculty, staff, students and community members reading from their favorite works.


Thursday, February 18, 3-4 pm


Saundra Akers will read various selections including passages from her work in progress.  An Ohio native, Saundra has published several novels set in Ohio locales including Peebles, Wavelry, Bainbridge, Greenfield, Sinking Spring, Washington Court House, Circleville, and Ripley.


An Evening of Fado Music : Tuesday February 18, 6:30 pm (This event was rescheduled due to the weather conditions on February 9th.)


Traditional Portuguese music with its modern variations in jazz and dance. Special ReadAloud Program in Spanish organized by Ted Riedinger, Latin American Studies Librarain. 11th floor, Thompson Library.

Ted Riedinger, professor and head, LAT and Lucia Costigan, Associate Professor, Department of Spanish and Portuguese *The Brazilian drink, Guarana, will be served.
