Position: Field Support Staff

 

Location: Midwest Region – Columbus / Jeffersonville, OH

 

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (depending on experience)

 

 

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Field Support Staff member to assist with translation and on-site support during equipment installation, setup, wiring, operation, and maintenance at customer facilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Provide interpretation and translation support during equipment setup and initial operations at battery plants
• Assist project managers with coordination and communication
• Support field engineers with logistical tasks such as airport transportation and hotel/meal reservations
• Attend meetings to interpret discussions between Korean and English speakers
• Accurately translate technical documents and communications
• Ensure translations retain the original meaning and technical accuracy

 

Requirements:

 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a project team member
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Korean and English (speaking and reading)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Columbus/Jeffersonville, OH
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
