ENSYS America is seeking a IT helpdesk technical support personnel. This is a full time position located in Lordstown Ohio.

Primary responsibilities

PC asset management and setup
- Manage inventory of new and returned PC, etc
- Install and configure any necessary software
- PC test and part upgrade/replacement
Cloud PC support
Helpdesk and troubleshooting
