Job Purpose:

To accomplish quality control and assurance of welding consumables and manufacturing processes
Qualifications/Skills:

* A Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related field engineering, but not limited.

* Young engineers are recommended to apply.

* Must be detail-oriented, have great written and verbal communication skills.

* Must be an aggressive self-starter and have a strong work ethic.
                                      
* Ability to interact with a supervisor and customers.

* A team player with high integrity and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

* Certifications of ISO 9001, ABS, LR, BV, GL, DNV, RINA, CWB etc.

* Knowledge of the Flux Cored Arc Welding, other welding processes plus.

* AWS certification or CWI helpful.

* Computer Experience in the Microsoft Office Programs.

Duties:

* Be responsible for weld quality and monitoring of daily welding job at QA Lab.

* Obtains QA Certifications from ABS, LR, BV, GL, DNV, RINA, CWB etc.
            
* Evaluates and verifies welding results by inspecting and testing welds.

* Documents analysis results by completing records and analyzes information.
* Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related results.
