Two rooms are avaible for rent for the immediate occupancy for male house mates.
It is located near South Gateway on 10th ave between College Road and High St,
in the walking distance from OSU campus.
There are kitchen/bathroom on the second floor and the washer and dryer in the basement.
The rent is $400 for the room on the third floor and $450 for the room on the second floor with a balcony.
The rent includes all utilities. Deposit is the same as the rent.
