Looking for a female to sublease from June 10 to early September

I am graduating in June and will be leaving the place I am staying right now but there will be some people staying here for the summer.
Everything in the house is ready to use(including but not limited to fridge, cooking utensils, chairs, tables...) and the location is really close to school, which is on west 8th avenue close to worthington and neil ave.
The rent is fairly cheap as well! With four people in the house, I just need to pay around $250 not including water, cable, electricity, gas. If everything is included, it is about $330 which may vary depending on seasons. However, there is no AC in the house.
