Position Title: Quality Engineer / Manager
Duties of Position:
- Customer contact for quality defect / warranty and prepare the corresponding documents
- Warranty analysis based on given specification.
- Conduct research that tests and analyzes the performance of the blower motors with respect to noise, vibration and performance requirements.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer supporting work including customer contact , scheduling , report any problem at customer location and developing a solution working with Hyoseong Electric in Korea
- Help and coordinate the communication line of all aspects of quality at various stage between customers and Hyoseong Electric in Korea.
