The apartment is a spacious self-contained dwelling with its own private entrance. All the rooms have uninterrupted views overlooking one of Columbus’s celebrated ravines, which is visited by deer and other wildlife. Situated on a quiet street in Clintonville with easy street parking.

 

The accommodation consists of two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway and a large combined living room and kitchen.  In addition there is direct access to a basement for storage and exclusive use of a new washing machine and dryer.

 

Both bedrooms are fully furnished with double beds and chests of drawers. In addition each has a large, walk-in clothes cupboard. 

 

The apartment is centrally heated,  air-conditioned  and equipped with wifi.
