Private room (with bed, desk, bookcase, ceiling fan, AC, WiFi); good sized bath with shower—to be shared with one housemate; an extra guest/sitting room; an enclosed porch for pleasant weather. Use of kitchen and laundry facilities. Lots of storage space in attic and basement. No smoking in the house. No pets (I have 2 well-mannered dogs and one cat): if you are afraid of dogs or if you have allergies to animals, this is not a good house for you.
