Sublease one bedroom apartment near Campus
Location: 80 W. Lane Ave
Available Date: Late April to July 31, 2013 (the last date of current lease contract)
Actual Move-in Date can be at the end of April (the earliest date is 4/25/2013).
Rent: 440/month (including gas, water, Internet)
This is a furnished room with the following items:
1 twin size bed, 1 large desk (with 2 people’s seat), a wall of book shelf, 2 cabinets of floor high, 1 refrigerator, 1 air-conditioner, stove, oven, 2 small tables, 1 long table to match with the twin size sofa, and individual bathroom inside this room. OSU main campus is in walking distance! Neither parking permit nor bus schedule is needed!
Sublease only 1 or 2 months long is acceptable if no other student can sublease it for 3 months at the same time.
