Position: Field Support Staff
Location: Midwest Region – Columbus / Jeffersonville, OH
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Field Support Staff member to assist with translation and on-site support during equipment installation, setup, wiring, operation, and maintenance at customer facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation and translation support during equipment setup and initial operations at battery plants
- Assist project managers with coordination and communication
- Support field engineers with logistical tasks such as airport transportation and hotel/meal reservations
- Attend meetings to interpret discussions between Korean and English speakers
- Accurately translate technical documents and communications
- Ensure translations retain the original meaning and technical accuracy
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a project team member
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Korean and English (speaking and reading)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Columbus/Jeffersonville, OH
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
