Job Descripton
• Provide on-call support to respond to emergencies
• Documents solutions, systems configurations, and operating procedures
• Perform IT site surveys, troubleshooting, provide strategic technical guidance to team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members
• Optimize and support network, security, software, and hardware
• Support company's software installation/uninstallation (DRM VPN WMS QMS SAP and etc)
• Provide IT training for new hires
• IT Budget Planning and IT Payment Processing
• Purchase and manage IT Asset
Technical Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills/bi-lingual in Korean language
• Intimate knowledge and experience with Windows troubleshooting tools and techniques
• Intimate knowledge and experience with MS Outlook and MS Office product.
• Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP configuration
• Experience with network equipment configuration/troubleshooting and security
• Excellent knowledge of ActiveDirectory and VMware
• IT security governance and compliance.
