FMSS Management Trainee

The MPW Management Trainee program was created to ensure the success of the company in the years to come by creating talented leaders who embrace the passion of our business.  This program will foster a continuous flow of knowledge to each Trainee, from executive management and down through the organization.  Through the process, Management Trainees are taught qualities that lead to strong leadership capabilities from a diverse group of professionals, in order to lead MPW now and into the future.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with a preferred emphasis in a Business or Science discipline
  • Talented individuals who are willing to learn our business hands-on, and then apply their academic and real world experiences in our line of work
  • Candidates with prior leadership and, or management skills, problem solving skills, and solid communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automotive setting
  • Candidates should have proficiency with all MS Office applications especially MS Access and MS Excel.
  • Must posses the desire to lead.
  • Flexibility to relocate will translate into increased opportunity to advancement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of management and assist as needed
  • Learn and understand industrial cleaning in high volume paint departments
  • Become familiar with the operations of a high volume automotive paint department
  • Interact with customers, sales team, management team, and executives
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Supervise crews on job sites.
  • Participate in Management meetings.
