it's in DOWN TOWN

there is a coffee machine at first floor for residence and taste nicer than Starbucks!!!

Apt has nice security and Concierge service.

Apt offers wireless internet, basic cable, gas cooking and gym membership.

There is BBQ party place, Rooftop deck with gas grills. you can have a BBQ party with your friends with nice view.

Also, washer and dryer are hooked up in apt unit.

Apt unit is two flooring. it's Two Beth and two bed!!

There are washer and dryer in a room at first floor

There are a huge window and high ceiling.

I'm looking for a person who will live in second floor. in second floor room, there is a huge and wide window without any windy coming through.
