I do not smoke and allow to smoke in my car at all it's 200% smoke free car(if you find evidence of smoke I will discount $10000)
Since, I had a job in Cleveland, I had to go there every weekend for 1 year which explain how the engine is in good condition because I spent 90% highway miles

I will give you brand new 2 tires (Yokohama) so you do not have to buy tires in at least 3 years which is good
I bought the car 2009 August so You will automatically have 3years 1month(22000miles) Power Train warranty and 2 years 1month(11000miles) Bumper to Bumper warranty
It never ever had accident if it's not true, I will give this car as gift for you
