I know what it takes to build and manage an effective staff, how to take a creative approach to targeting demographics and what is needed to maintain business growth. My restaurant and service industry history is as varied as my experience. I’ve worked in the corporate world, fast food, casual, ethnic and fine dining and advertising and promotions. In addition, I often act as consultant to those needing input about their restaurant endeavors.
Currently, I am co-owner of Moshi Sushi Bar and Rishi Sushi Kitchen & Bar—both of which are extensions of my family and reflect my personal and professional values.
