Job Description:
As a sales associate at Mjomii, you will primarily be responsible for stocking products, taking customers' orders, and handling payments. Those who perform beyond our expectations have the potential to be promoted to assistant manager by the end of 2018.
Areas of Responsibility
You will be expected to:
- Welcome customers
- Explain items/flavors
- Monitor inventory and stock products
- Enter and process customer orders
- Communicate closely with owners regarding inventory
Education / Experience Requirements
You must:
- Be 18 or older
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation to/from the mall
We prefer that you have:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Availability to work nights/weekends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Great verbal communication skills (bilingualism is a plus - especially if Korean/English bilingual)
- Passion for macarons (especially ours!)
